Other servicesBesides our Accredited Drink Driving Education Course, the Trauma Centre of Australia offers other services available to you, these include; * Critical Incident Response to a trauma incidentImmediate Trauma Assistance, following an accident, death, or robbery, can reduce the impact event, help speed the process of returning to normal functioning, and reduce the likelihood of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our consultants can provide support and counselling when a traumatic event has occurred. We understand that traumatic situations can occur at any time, we therefore provide 24 emergency contact number. * Counselling. Trauma and GriefFollowing a critical incident, those people identified as being particularly affected by the incident can benefit from trauma counseling. A few sessions of trauma counselling can minimize psychological impact and therefore reduce the impact on their normal life. The Trauma Centre of Australia provides a caring, professional grief counselling service, available on a 24 hour seven day a week basis. The Trauma Centre of Australia are on- call mobile psychologists and will organize an experienced professional to the location. Telephone counselling is also a service offered. * Employer Assistance Program (EAP)This program gives staff and management access to confidential couselling and support at no cost to the staff member and is designed so that employers suffering from stress, anxiety /or depression have access to effective support , ensuring the situation has minimal impact on their health, and job performance. * Conflict resolution and mediationThe Trauma Centre of Australia can facilitate mediation when workplace conflict arises.
